Wash&soaked the rajma one hour.Than boild it.
Heat a pressure cooker add oil.
Add cuminseeds,asafoeitida& whole garammasala ,crackle 1 mints.
Add chopped onion sauted till it's becomes golden brown.
Than add 1tsp ginger paste cook nicely.
Than add rajma cook 2 mints.
Than add rice cook nicely.
Add all spices mix it well & stir another 30 seconds
Than add water double of the rice.Cover the lid.
Whenever 2 Whistle comes off the gas.
When gas fully realese ,open the lid .
Rajma chawal is ready serve with papad & raita or salad
